Real-time concrete maturity, engineered by Maturix.
Enki Tech supplies and supports the Maturix® Nova Split wireless concrete sensor across Iraq — giving site teams live temperature, maturity and in-place strength data without waiting on cast cylinder breaks.
Enki Tech is the Official Distributor of Maturix products in Iraq.
From sensor supply to on-site deployment training and calibration support, Enki Tech is your local partner for the Maturix ecosystem across Iraqi construction and precast projects.
Maturix® Nova Split — triple-point strength monitoring
The Nova Split is a robust, embeddable wireless sensor that monitors in-place concrete temperature, maturity and strength at three points in a single pour. One sensor sits in the device body, with two additional sensors on extended cables (1.5 m and 3 m), giving engineers insight at varying depths — the core, the surface and a critical mid-section — from a single unit.
The sensor activates automatically once its cable tip is detached on site, logging temperature every 15 minutes and storing up to 90 days of data internally. Data is retrieved wirelessly over Bluetooth Low Energy using the free Maturix® app (iOS & Android) and shared instantly with site teams, consultants and stakeholders — no cables to retrieve, no manual downloads.
Built for the realities of the pour
How Nova Split turns temperature into strength
Concrete strength develops in direct relation to its heat of hydration over time. The ASTM C1074 maturity method turns that relationship into a live, on-site strength read-out.
Embed & activate
Secure the sensor body and its extension cables to reinforcement at the required depths; the sensor activates automatically once the cable tip is detached.
Continuous temperature logging
The sensor records in-place temperature at all three points every 15 minutes throughout curing, capturing the real heat of hydration — not an assumed lab curve.
Maturity index calculation
Temperature history is converted into a running maturity index, correlated against a project-specific, calibrated strength curve per ASTM C1074.
Live strength on your phone
Site engineers pull live temperature, maturity and estimated in-place strength over Bluetooth via the Maturix app — no waiting on cast cylinders to break.
Faster, safer strength decisions
30–50% faster formwork removal
Make data-backed strike, reshoring and post-tensioning decisions as soon as the concrete is actually ready — not on a fixed calendar assumption.
Less reliance on cast cylinders
Reduce dependency on field-cured specimens that may not reflect actual in-place curing conditions on site.
Real-time visibility for every stakeholder
Site engineers, consultants and QA teams see the same live data instantly, instead of waiting on lab reports.
Lower risk, stronger quality control
Continuous, multi-point monitoring catches slow-curing zones early — critical for mass pours, cold weather and fast-track schedules.
Built for demanding Iraqi construction programs
Mass concrete foundations
Multi-point temperature control for large-volume pours, where core-to-surface temperature differentials drive cracking risk.
Precast & tilt-up
Confirm de-mould and lifting strength on your schedule, not a conservative fixed cure time.
Post-tensioning & prestressing
Verify in-place strength thresholds are met before stressing operations begin.
Cold-weather curing
Track real curing temperatures through temperature-sensitive pours instead of relying on ambient assumptions.
Bring live concrete strength data to your next pour.
